Speciality Valve stands as the premier Check Valve Manufacturer in India, serving clients in West Bengal, Haryana, and Punjab . Check is also known by various names such as non-return valve, one-way valve, or clack valve, a check valve is an indispensable mechanical device within fluid systems. It permits fluid flow in one direction while staunchly preventing reverse flow. Essential across pipelines, plumbing systems, and machinery where precise control over fluid direction is paramount, check valves distinguish themselves from other valve types by their singular function of permitting unidirectional flow while impeding reverse flow.
The working principle of a check valve is relatively simple. It consists of a valve body with an inlet and an outlet, and a movable component, such as a disc, flap, or ball, which is positioned inside the valve. This movable component is designed to allow fluid to pass through the valve in one direction while blocking flow in the opposite direction. When fluid flows in the desired direction, it exerts pressure on the movable component, causing it to move away from the valve seat and allowing fluid to pass through the valve unrestricted. However, if the fluid tries to flow in the opposite direction, the pressure from the fluid pushes the movable component against the valve seat, creating a seal that prevents reverse flow.
We manufacture Check valve in various designs, but their main principle of operation remains the same.
